Tarjeta de Crédito / Débito

Los pagos son procesados utilizando una conexión segura directa con la pasarela de pago a cargo de las transacciones (PayPal Pasarela de Pagos). Los datos personales y bancarios del cliente no circulan a través de QuizMetics. Son directemente enviados por su banco a la pasarela de pago debidamente encriptados. Aceptamos tarjetas Visa y Mastercard.

PayPal

Puede utilizar su cuenta PayPal para pagar sus pedidos. Al seleccionar PayPal como medio de pago, usted será redirigido al sitio de PayPal para su identificación con su usuario y contraseña antes de hacer efectivo el pago.

Envíos Internacionales

Los envíos a destinos de España y Portugal estarán, en general, a cargo de Envialia. Estos envíos pueden demorar hasta veinte días, salvo imprevisto, y serán asegurados por el carrier.

Los envíos al resto del mundo estarán, en general, a cargo de Correos de España. Estos envíos, salvo imprevisto, pueden demorar hasta un mes, dependiendo del destino, y serán cuebiertos por el seguro de Correos.

QuizMetics no puede hacerse responsable de eventuales tarifas, tasas o demoras impuestas por las autoridades aduaneras o fiscales del país de destino.

Stock

QuizMetics vende cosméticos premium a medida. Por lo tanto, como cada producto se fabrica especialmente y la producción es de uno en uno, no podemos mantener stocks de productos terminados. Nuestro laboratorio mantiene stocks de los ingredientes utilizados para producir nuestras cremas exclusivas y personalizadas.

Si, como consecuencia de alguna falta puntual en nuestro laboratorio, de error logístico o de sistema, algún ingrediente estuviera puntualmente no disponible, nos comprometemos a reaprovisionarnos de ese ingrediente a la mayor brevedad posible. Si, por causa fortuita, esto no fuera posible, contactaremos con los clientes que en su configuración personalizada huibieran seleccionado ese ingrediente, por email o teléfono, para sugerirles un ingrediente alternativo o, si lo prefirieran, proceder a la cancelación y reembolso de su pedido.

Las imágenes de los productos son meramente ilustrativas y, eventualmente, podrían ocurrir leves variaciones relacionadas con el diseño gráfico o elementos de packaging. La información clave para nuestros clients es el tipo de crema a configurar y la configuración en sí. Y, en relación con esos elementos, nunca habrá variación alguna respecto de las elecciones de los clientes.

Warranty and Returns

Product Warranty durability

As set out in Article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the guarantee period of a product of a lasting nature (non-perishable) is two years from delivery of the product, being necessary to inform QuizMetics it is within two months of its detection. As such, QuizMetics bear the costs of replacing or repairing the product.

Right of withdrawal and return According to Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the date of delivery provided by the transport company. No penalty for exercising their right of withdrawal or waiver continue to apply. – Refund for defective product: QuizMetics will send a new product after receiving the defective product at our facilities, and assume the shipping originating from the return. In case of refund, the amount paid at the time of the purchase, which may differ from the price of the product when you return it will always return. In the case of returning the amount, the same method of payment used in the purchase by the customer is used.

– Repayment by wrong product: For you to receive your order wrong product QuizMetics resolve the error as soon as possible. After receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities we will make the payment of the amount corresponding to the price paid for the same at the time of purchase (taking into account discounts or coupons used)
