Payment is processed using a secure connection directly to the payment gateway in charge of the transaction. Banking and customer card data will not pass through QuizMetics. They are handled directly by the bank and the gateway. Master Card and Visa cards are accepted.
You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal site to be identified with your username and password before proceeding to pay.
Shipping to Spanish and Portuguese destinations will be mostly handled by Envialia. In such cases, shipping time may take up to twenty days and will be insured by the carrier.
Shipping to destinations from the rest of the world will be mostly handled by Correos de España. In such cases, shipping time may take up to a month, depending on the destination. And packages will be insured by Correos.
QuizMetics can not take responsibility for any additional fees or extra delays imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
QuizMetics sells premium tailor made skin care products. Therefore, since our products are manufactured one by one, it’s impossible to hold stocks of finished products. Instead, our laboratory holds stocks of all the refined and state-of-the-art ingredients they use to manufacture our premium tailor made creams.
If, due to particular lack of stock involving a particular ingredient in our lab, or systems or logistical error, a specific ingredient is not available, we will replenish our stocks of that item as soon as possible. If that is not possible for whichever reasons, we will contact you via email or telephone to suggest you alternative ingredients or proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order if that is your desire.
Product photos are illustrative. Slight variations involving graphic design or packaging details can occur at any time. The key piece of information for you to consider is the type of cream you want and your specific configuration. In such regard there will never be any variations from what your configurations indicate.
Warranty and Returns
Product Warranty durability
As set out in Article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the guarantee period of a product of a lasting nature (non-perishable) is two years from delivery of the product, being necessary to inform QuizMetics it is within two months of its detection. The guarantee will apply taking into account the nature of the goods traded on the website: 1) Adhere to the description given by the seller (always with reference to the name of the product, since the image can vary by manufacturer modify the format and presentation of it); 2) is valid for the purpose for which it is intended; 3) Present the quality and expected benefits in such products. As such, QuizMetics bear the costs of replacing or repairing the product.
Right of withdrawal and return According to Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the date of delivery provided by the transport company. No penalty for exercising their right of withdrawal or waiver continue to apply. – Refund for defective product: QuizMetics will send a new product after receiving the defective product at our facilities, and assume the shipping originating from the return. In case of refund, the amount paid at the time of the purchase, which may differ from the price of the product when you return it will always return. In the case of returning the amount, the same method of payment used in the purchase by the customer is used.
– Repayment by wrong product: For you to receive your order wrong product QuizMetics resolve the error as soon as possible. We send the right product immediately to the appropriate courier company to change the wrong product. NOTE: To give as valid any returns will require pre-notify QuizMetics. In any case the refund of the amount will be made before receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities.
– Returning a product for unjustified reasons: Please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order and we will indicate the steps to make the return of the product. After receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities we will make the payment of the amount corresponding to the price paid for the same at the time of purchase (taking into account discounts or coupons used)
